Overall a great play to stay, staying the May long weekend probably wasn’t the best time, the hotel was full of children in town for sport tournaments, the boys were playing hockey in the hallway outside our room, tough when you are trying to get sleep after an overnight flight. The hotel was very clean and the staff most helpful and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable and having a full hot breakfast included was definitely a bonus and it was great. We loved the fact that you had a staff member put the hot items on your plate rather than people serving themselves. The only reason I downgraded to a 4 star was on the morning after our 2nd night we made sure there was NO sign outside she door when we left for the day in order so for the room to be made up and we got clean towels but that never happened. We checked with the front desk and were told the do not disturb sign was outside our door, absolutely not. Either way we got a few fresh towels and called it a day.

Clean rooms. No carpet so it felt extra clean and non stuffy. As someone with dust allergies, it really appreciated the no carpet in our room. Our room was on the first floor and not sure if other floors have the no carpet rooms.
