It was a weekend away
The stay was great, staff amazing, unfortunately found food under the bed ( popcorn and not sure what else ) luckily I had wipes on me and was able to clean the mess. Other thrn that the room was spotless .

Staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a great place to stay until the last night of our stay. During the last night there was a wedding reception in the reception hall on the first floor (directly below us) and the sound echoed in our room until 1am. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked and we could not change rooms. They did offer some points to be refunded back for our next booking.

Black mold in bathroom, rented 2 rooms for wedding 1 was never cleaned or towels replace, always had to ask, some front staff said no to everything and ask someone else and no problem.

My kids wanted to rate it 10 stars, they had so much fun. The waterslide was a huge hit. We fit our family of 6 comfortably in the "2 Queen Beds" room, there was even room for our large stroller and a playpen.
