Showing some wear and tear, but big comfortable rooms. The lobby and hallways were rather cold but it was a cold windy day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a nice dinner in the restaurant.

Kind of an industrial area, not great to walk to restaurants. Was really looking forward to the in-house gastro-pub & not having to drive back to hotel after a nice meal. Also, when I saw there was a pool, I thought there would be a hot-tub, too. Ended up ordering skip the dishes & retiring early.

The room was okay but outdated and felt "cold", with nothing in there that would speak to comfort or charm. The bed is very very uncomfortable and the cracking springs make it almost impossible to sleep. The pool is fun for young kids, but very small for the amount of people that were there. We also found no re-inforcements of the rules at the pool which made the experience there much less enjoyable (extrema splashing, running, yelling, kids there with no supervision, toys in the pool, and a lot of bumping into each other as well). We picked the location due to the restaurant on-site and the room service. When we arrived we were informed that the restaurant was in-fact closed and there is no room service available, so all that was left was a tiny over-proced "convenience store" that had some chocolate, chips and pop (no juices or any healthy options). The included breakfast was okay, but reminded us of the regular continental breakfast of a Motel or something compared to a Hotel stay. Overall: It was an okay stay. Nothing that would warrant the price for the rooms and staff doesn't seem to put any care into running the place. Won't stay there again as there are better options available close by.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Very close to Dartmouth Crossing shopping. Elevator was a bit sketchy but did work fine during our stay.

Our family of 5 with 3 kids enjoyed our stay here. Check in was quick and painless. The room was clean and comfortable. A extra blanket and pillow would be nice to have in rooms with the pull out bed. The pool is smaller, but the water slide was the main attraction and my kids loved it. Breakfast was a typical hotel included breakfast. We stayed during a snowstorm and plowing wasn’t great. Even 24hrs after the storm ended we had to climb through fairly deep snow to get to our vehicle. But that is a pretty specific situation and it wouldn’t deter me from going back. Overall, we were happy with this spot and would go back.
