The restaurant was always cold. People were eating in sweaters and on occasion some was wearing their coat. Saw a couple nice there too. Other than that the property was clean and the staff very courteous.

Disappointing Due to Cleanliness and Pest Issue
I stayed here for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, I found the bathroom to be dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the ice bucket was mouldy, further adding to my discomfort. To make matters worse, on the second night, I discovered mice in the room. They were running around on the floor, and in the morning I could hear them in the wall. This was completely unacceptable and made the stay very unpleasant. I expect a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene when staying at a hotel and encountering pests in the room is a serious issue. This incident made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe during the remainder of my stay. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority for any hotel. That said, the hotel staff were very apologetic about it all and seemed to be taking the issue seriously and said they would be implementing measures to ensure that future guests do not face the same problem. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel at this time.

They were blasting in the area so therefore the mice had moved into the restaurant on the first floor. It was a bit disturbing when it showed itself during our dinner. The bigger disappointment was when neither Expedia nor the hotel would issue any part of a refund when we checked out 1 night early due to my father being discharged a day earlier than planned. They each blamed the other for holding my money and not issuing a refund.

I like the hotel it’s self but my car got a big mark in it when I went and asked about the cameras I was told they don’t have cameras in the level my car was on witch was concerning because what if something happens to someone down there was not impressed with that
