This hotel is located near the train station, about 5 minutes walk. Our room was super clean, it looks brand new as if no one had lived there before us. Water pressure for shower is strong, which is very important after a full day of walking and touring. We had free buffet breakfast every morning at the lobby. Overall we had great experience with this hotel. I will choose it again next time when we visit Japan
I had a very nice staff. The hotel is simple, but the room was clean, and quiet. Front desk staff were helpful and very professional. Easy walking distance from the train station. FAR better than what you'd get for double the price in the U.S.
Excellent location and room surprising quiet. Room a little small and dated but clean. Bed very hard as if sleeping on floor. Helpful staff. Free breakfast but more for Japanese taste.
I sent a message to the hotel thru Expedia to request for one parking lot 3 days before check-in. My message was being totally ignored. They never said yes or no to my message. When i checked in the hotel staff claimed that they didn’t know anything about the message. Terrible experience. If the message function is not working, why don’t you guys just remove it?

Never coming back to this hotel.
A bad receptionist, no greeting to her guests , not only to me. No smile at all.
The safe has been useless, can not use it. Informed this matter, however no response from this receptionist.
