The view is so amazing from our room. The staffers are so friendly and helpful. The property is good in condition. Food is not really good for breakfast, the dining room is large, but still small for too crowd specially on the weekend. The hallway wasn't really smelling good. Just such friendly opinions. Needs a little improvement, but still recommended to everyone. Loved and was happy to stay here. Will come back as have a change.

Such a wonderful stay at DeLaSea the staff were incredible so helpful, the room was beautiful and the food was amazing. we saw some reviews complain about the buffet breakfast please ignore these there are about a hundred things to choose from and all so good!! Definitely would recommend staying here also about a 3 minute walk away from the most beautiful beach

Ok i really dont like leaving reviews but of this can help someone not make the mistake un believing this is anywhere near a 5 star hôtel,. 1.) we booked online the executive ocean view room as we got there we were notified we couldnt checn in at 3pm and would have to wait because our room wasnt ready 2.) Finally around 4:30pm we get into out room and both television dont work ling story short with television they amde us wait until 7pm in our room on our vacation for them to decide if we move rooms or to get someone there to fix tvs finnaly we said you fix tv or refund us and we went out 3. ) next day (please keep in mind we hadnt used the jacuzzi tub yet )we left our roomat 11am we are ona relaxing het away we arrived back at the hotelto see that the tub was nasty and when i say nasty it looked as if she had dumped mop water in it we called front desk and that was if no use we went down and showed them the photos of tub it took them over an hour to get someone to clean it now please note housekeeping is right across the hall from my room. Now lets get to the next day again we wake up at 11am abd head out and return in evening we turned the clean room on , housekeeping didnt bother coming they said what we had to accommodate house keeping and wake up at 10am so they can clean this hotel is at best a 3 star also unlike the site says room service isnt 24hrs that was one of the reasons we booked was for 24hr room service

First of all our Executive Suite wasn't ready at the time that check-in was so we had to wait an hour for that then we get into our Executive Suite and the TVs don't work so they require that we waited 3 hours in our hotel room because they needed to decide whether they could move us to another room or switch out TVs we got tired of waiting and told them they need to fix it they finally fixed the TVs late that night really didn't do anything to compensate us then we went out today which is Monday and came back to a disgusting dirty tub

We visited Ha Long Bay for the boat trip which was great and decided to stay over . However Ha Long Bay does not have a lot to offer as there is nothing else to do and hotel is abit out of the main area , The hotel itself is very comfortable and modern . However feel it is more geared up for Vietnamese than Western hotels .

Excellent place to spend a weekend in Ha Long. A bit far from the port, but the tour companies pick you up at the hotel. Very comfortable bed and with a running views of the city and the sea. The people at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast is delicious, if you’re debating whether to include it in your reservation or not, don’t hesitate and include it, you can some traditional Vietnamese food and international delicacies as well; however, no seafood. I highly recommend having their breakfast as you can barely find a restaurant that takes credit card in Ha Long in general.

Excellent hotel with amazing views. Conveniently located and just a quick (and cheap) Grab to go to the other side of Ha Long Bay. Great walk ability to plenty of food options. Clean and spacious rooms, and the room service was excellent!

The hotel is very noisy, children running all around the lobby area with no supervision. Balcony has no patio set chairs and table to put coffee and drinks. Property and staff provide excellent service to me but there should be supervision on level of noise in the lobby area.
