A disappointment!
The positive is It is a quaint hotel and we had a fairly nice room however the bed was hard and it leaked at night through the window the first night so we woke up to puddles on the floor. The food was decent although I got sick the last evening from something I ate. The pool is nice but the lounge chairs are hard and formed so you can only lay in them on your back. THE WORST PART was that they had a party at the pool for a private event the second night until 2:00am!! We couldn’t sleep at all!! When I asked at 11 what time they would be finished the desk clerk said midnight. At 12:30 I asked again and another person said they had sent out a notice about the party. That’s hilarious because no notice was given and when you’re already booked what are you supposed to do? Giving notice doesn’t change anything. No one wanted to take responsibility and they seemed to turn the music up louder when we complained. Don’t stay here! It’s deceiving as it appears quiet but the walls are paper thin and they have parties until all hours of the night

El hotel da para mas solo falta organizacio.
Estuvo bien, solo que deben tener mas cuidado en el servicio de cocina, tardan mucho para servir, y no sirven todo completo, el baño no tiene ventilacion el area de la alberca no tiene iluminacion, y tampco servicio de alimentos uno tiene que subir a recepcion a pedir todo. En el area de playa nadie nos atendio, nosotros tuvimos que ir por sillas y la mesa porque las personas que atendian siempre estuvieron en su celular todo el tiempo.

Es un hotel boutique que me parecio bien cuidado, con decoracion original. La habitación era comoda, con clima y vista al jardin. Estuvimos muy agusto. El plus es la alberca y la comida del restaurante, que esta deliciosa. Sin duda, regresariamos.

La estancia fue muy buena, las instalaciones son cómodas, cuentan con aire acondicionado muy necesario para el clima del lugar, el único pero es la falta de un ascensor es poco accesible para personas de la tercera edad. Es algo que se debería de especificar en n la página.

Un lugar muy acogedor, con bonita vista y arquitectónicamente agradablemente conservador, una armonía muy bonita entre la naturaleza y lo edificado, muy bonito su jardín donde se ubica la alberca la cual está bonita; su ubicación muy cómoda tanto para ir a Tecolutla como para estar en el centro de Gutiérrez Zamora, no me gusto que en caso de necesitar no hay rampas para capacidades diferentes o sillas de ruedas, tanto par el acceso principal del Hotel, como el acceso principal a la alberca.

Es un lugar limpio y agradable. El precio del restaurante es accesible y cocinan rico. La alberca está limpia y se pasa un momento agradable. El personal es amable y atento. Lo que no me gustó es que no tiene elevador y no está acondicionado para personas que tienen que usar bastón o silla de ruedas.
