Yeah, had an Expedia was misleading. Compared to the room we actually got. It was a bit dirty. And the surrounding people were so loud. I think they might live there. So just staying the whole night we left at 4 o’clock in the morning. I wouldn’t give this place. Very many stars. Compared to what’s online and what you see it’s a dump.

The room I stayed in here was extremely dated, with furniture that was shabby, sometimes broken, no side tables next to the beds, harsh fluorescent overhead lighting, and generally a cluttered feel. The mattress sagged deeply in the middle. It was just a strange place. Definitely would not stay again.

Lovely inn a bit out of town. Full breakfast, lovely grounds and staff. Great air conditioner. Gunnison is beautiful place. This is a fun place - outdoor seating, fire pit, corn hole, pool and hot tub. No food near by and only one place delivers. Need a car.

My only issue is that I can’t give more than 5 stars for the service. The little chihuahua at the counter makes my day every time I come here! If you are looking to relax this location just out of town provides a quite resort atmosphere. Even though the location is off of highway 50, the lack of evening traffic makes this place so peaceful. The center of the hotel is an open park with BBQ’s, corn hole, and a very nice fire pit. I had a great time by the fire and even got a nice soak in the hot tub. You can tell that the people who run this place really care, their heart and soul is appreciated!!!

The Inn is an oasis just outside of Gunnison. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hottub and pool were clean and inviting. The room was updated and comfortable. We will stay there again.

Gunnison is a really cute college town, we were just passing thru and the hotel room was a great size and bfast was included. Pool was less to be desired for, seemed old and it was inside which made it steamy.

I’m super picky about the cleanliness of hotel rooms, and for an older hotel, I was pleasantly suprised! It was very clean and cozy and I felt very comfortable just hanging out during our down time. We will definitely be back!
