I love that the parking spaces are numbered with the room number so you won’t be struggling to find a parking spot if you get in late. All rooms are on the first floor, which is very convenient if your don’t want to lug stuff up stairs. Great place for a quick overnight stay!

Definitely "a get what you pay for place". The price was good, but the room was missing essentials. No shower curtain, cups for coffee machine, etc. Called front desk, put on hold and then never picked up. We ended up leaving a day early on paid reservation and lied to about why we couldn't get the last day refunded. Told housekeeping was gone, but our room was cleaned, and they were still on the premises. NEVER stay there again!

The rooms were clean and the Breakfast was eggs and sausage and other yummy things. The Staff were all Very nice and helpful! The outer rim/grounds of the site could use a good clean up tho. We were just passing thru and only had a one night stay, but it was quiet and the breakfast was good!

Stayed here 2 years prior. Place is deteriorating. Last time we had no hot water for a day. No vending and no where close to get to without driving. Need a major renovation. Staff was real nice- only reason rebooked it this time.

The rooms were clean somewhat ,but seems like alot of dead bug remnants on walls. Beds were clean and the room in general .outside was alot of old junk around

They have tried to update this motel and it’s not bad to stay in but the AC are old units and don’t work very good and are noisy. The lobby was a clustered with a bunch of band instruments and also a baby play pin that was dirty and full of spilt foods. The breakfast that they serve doesn’t start until 7 AM and that’s a little late for most of the work people or fishermen or hunters that use this motel. Parking is tough if you have trailers.

For the price, this is an excellent motel choice - front desk person is super friendly and helpful - beds are comfortable, rooms are large, outside noise isn't bad - only downside is that the property isn't walkable from downtown

The people here are so friendly and amazing! We were happily surprised at the quality of the room and the helpfulness of the staff and other guests. We will definitely use this as our base in Gunnison when we come through!
