Our room was clean but we had problems with the A/C the whole week. At one time it was dripping into the room below us. The maintenance man on site was very willing to help us but it just would not really cool. Three of the ice machines on site were not working. We ask about them repeatedly. The breakfast was good with many options. We made a mistake and thought we had another day to stay. The hotel notified us that we were to leave immediately but we were on the beach. We hurried as quickly as possible to our room to gather our belongings but the staff and manager kept telling us we had to get our immediately. I offer to pay the late departure fee but was told we were past that and to get out now. I apologized that I had made a mistake but all I was told was to get out right now. We gathered everything in our room and we were out in 25 minutes. We went to the front desk to tell them that we were out and not to charge us anything else. There were some unpleasant words exchanged between the manager, Ray and my husband. We have never been treated like this or talked to like this in any establishment. I know it was my fault, and I accept that and apologized and we were only 30min past late check out time. However it could have been handled differently. I would not recommend this place.

This is an older hotel and there were some slight issues with that. However, the staff, each and everyone, had a real sense of service and were all pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was also very well done. There's no such thing as a bad day at the beach.

Overall the property was awesome! It just needs a little updating. The breakfast had a good variety with an omelette station. Snowballs are included and appreciated for hot days. The pool is clean. And you can’t beat being right on the beach. We will definitely visit again.

Felt super dated and completely overpriced. No view of the ocean, only the parking lot even though the pictures of the room showed an ocean view out of the window. $350 for one night. Tv wouldn’t respond to the remote and furniture looked extremely worn. Also had a room right in front of the elevator so no sleep was had. Wouldn’t book again.

Rooms are tiny. Wall units need to be updated. The bathroom barely fit 1 person. The balcony barely fits 1 person. The place felt like it needed a bleach scrub down from top to bottom. The staff was friendly and helpful. The omelettes made to order were the only good thing about this place.
