The key to room didn’t work half the time. Didn’t really clean the room between nights. But AC worked great. The front staff was helpful and short walk to beach.

Great location with a nice pool for the kids. Two of the three beds were comfortable, but one mattress was terribly worn out. The shower area needs a few corner shelves or some place to put a bar of soap or bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

While not an upscale resort, it is affordable and clean, right across the street from the beach & we had an ocean view room. Take your own kleenex, hangers, and essentials you'd normally find in a hotel, if necessary. Plenty of places to eat & shop within walking distance and feels very safe.

We love staying here and do so about 2 to 3 times a year. We prefer it because of the 3 bed occupancy for our family. It is quiet and near everything we like to do on vacation.

Going to be honest. Place was old and raggity. Check in and house cleaning staff were nice. We splurged on Sand in my boots fest tickets so this was just a place to get some snooze for the long weekend. If you’re looking for a bed close to the SIMB action then this is great. If you’re looking for luxury this isn’t it.
