This is I would say a 3 star hotel for those that do not want to travel to Punta Cana or Samana or surrounding areas. I have been here many times. I have to say the staff was great! They were very kind and professional. The entertainment was amazing especially the Saturday entertainment where the guys danced from the 1940s on, it was beautiful. However, the property needs a lift right away. The areas are outdated. My room was ok but it could have been better. But the worst part was the people selling timeshares! My husband went for a weekend, and they were driving us crazy to attend a 90 minute presentation! This was unacceptable! It made me uncomfortable because they dont take no for an answer unless you curse them out and are super rude to them, and that is something I do not want to be. Hence, the hotel needs to get those people under control and train them to be less agressive, because no one wants to be harassed while on vacation. Not staying there again unfortunately.

Most of the property land was prettt but there is no attention to customer service. We had no cleaning service for 3 days, no internet service in our building, no respect for people's time. Every time you asked for something you'd have to ask multiple times

I will not recommended this The All inclusive Hotel, the employees are angry or sad, the condition of the rooms lights and bathroom shower head about to fall, anyways over all not a good place to be at, and the drinks HORRIBLE you can't drink anything everything was so bland and no taste at all.

This is where we do our mega marriage conferences / Family reunion . Mr. Barela, Jose, Carolina Castro , Casandra, y their staff , have always been there for us, very accommodating to our church and my family . They are always available. We pray with them and with the vendors at the beach . It’s nice to hear welcome home . The oregano restaurant is amazing , all of the specialty restaurants and the chef at the buffets make the best omelette and passion fruit juice.,Hodelpa staff made me feel loved during the loss of my mother and my dad . My bathroom in my first room was not very clean. The toilet did not flush very well. The toilet had very weak flushing. We got a different room and the issues was the same. My husband entered the room before me, he did not inspect the bathroom. The sink looked like someone vomited in it. The room itself appeared clean, but the bathrooms were visibly dirty. The staff was ok. The food was good.
