It is better if the bathroom and bedroom are separated and there be a curtain in between. Besides, the carpet can be cleaned properly and there is room for improvement for the facilities, such as tv and air-conditioner.

Staff was nice but there is no full length mirror in the room making a bit inconvenient to dress up if you need to see an important client or going to a conference. As this is advertised as a business hotel so I guess this is essentially part of it. Breakfast also serves very late as 7:30 so me and my colleague basically had to skip breakfast a couple of days. Other than that a pleasant hotel for the price

The hotel is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to a subway station. There are also a lot of good local restaurants near the hotel where one can find a meal for a reasonable price. The room was clean and spacious (not much of a view, though), and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, very helpfull staff

The hotel was clean, near to ouzhuang MRT, staff was great, they offer free shuttle to cantonfair, breakfast need to improve. Overall it was nice stay, we enjoyed out stay there, will be back again next time.

First time in China

after reading all the reviews and looking at the photos I booked a night at this hotel for my mother and i . The room we not as clean as i expected it to be. the bed and the covers were very clean and comfortable. the service at the front desk was horrible and they didn't speak much English so it was very hard to communicate with them. safe area with lots of shops and restaurant. Starbucks and McDonald are just few minutes walking distance. breakfast is not that great so i would recommend to go out to eat.

Hotel in good location let down by room condition

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over a weekend. The hotel is in a good location which was a short metro ride to most tourist sites. The closest metro station entrance was also just outside the hotel on the opposite side of the road. Maybe I just got unlucky with the room I was allocated, but the overall experience was OK at best. There was mould around the window and the paint and structure was falling apart in a grotesque looking way. I kept the curtains closed most of the time to hide this. The room lighting could be a lot better too. The LEDs above the bed were harsh and pointed at your eyes when I sat or laid in bed. So I couldn't have them on at all. With the LEDs above the bed off, the other lights didn't light the room sufficiently or evenly. The room I was allocated was right next to a stock room door or emergency exit of some sort. The staff usually hung around this door smoking, making a lot of noise with equipment and talking loudly throughout the morning. Not only was this distracting but it made the room slightly smell of cigarette smoke, which wasn't pleasant after coming back from a long day and wanting to relax. The bathroom was quite contemporary and modern. However, the shower unit had no lighting so you had to shower with dim lighting. The water wasn't hot enough either. The fridge in the room didn't work.

Needed to upgrade varity of food

Breakfast was lousy with little choice of food available , I had been staying in Guangzhou Planet hotel and other part of Southern China before and their breakfast was very much better than Paco Hotel . Every thing is GOOD except breakfast. I had booked Room & Breakfast package only try it once .

Going Downhill

Stayed the 3rd time and overall quality keep going down. The carpet needs cleaning and the room smell just awful... Forget about the breakfast, it was just nasty.
