Its a very good hotel to stay in. Nice, clean and great service. Very close to La Alhóndiga and a perfect view at the terraza.

If you care about comfort- avoid this place

The hotel is very old and I understand there is nothing that can be done about that; however, the beds, sheets, towels and everything in there is super old too! The old towels were almost paper thin, there is mold everywhere, the bed bounces a lot every time you move. The bathroom is super small, I am not tall at all and my knees were almost touching the wall while using the restroom. No complaints about the staff or location, but my stay there was very uncomfortable.

No dan lo que ofrecen en absoluto, las fotografías son muy engañosas, dan a entender que los balcones son hacia la Alhóndiga y son hacia la calle, no hay nada que ver. La terraza es en realidad una azotea y está completamente descuidada. Los baños son inutilizables.

Regular, no colocan agua embotellada suficiente, jabón de tocador, ni porciones de shampoo, el papel sanitario barato,. Sería genial que hubiera cafetera y frigobar dentro de la habitación, y el servicio de TV 📺 con suficiente Canales y no sólo 4 canales que otorga el estado de Guanajuato.
