Negatives: - Not wheel chair friendly. - Lacks signs to locate - Old and outdated - Stairs and many stairs: horrible with luggage. - No AC, has a small fan. - Noise: Dogs barking, Roosters and other noise, horrible sleep - Roaches - No safe to lock docs. - cheap/flimsy door lock. Positive: Great location.

They should really warn you about parking and waking. It's a LONG walk to the entrance and all steps. No staff assistance until you reach the office, even though they know we were dropped off by their own transportation service. No air conditioning and very noisy all night long. The shower water was very cold. If you want to rest at night find another spot. If you don't want to walk uphill 300 steps, go elsewhere.

Took us 2 hours to get settle due to the parking being in another hotel, blankets are dirty they had hair everywhere. The person at the front desk needs more training. Other than that I spend a great time walking and being at the plaza..

Trufla Room Is Loud

The Cacao room doesn't have internet access but its private and quiet. Tulfa room is loud. The kitchen and dinning room is on the other side of your room. Expect to hear it all in the AM.. The lobby plays loud bad Mexico music.

Buena estancia , magnífica vista

La vista de la ciudad que tiene el hotel es increíble , vale la pena. Para llegar al hotel tienes que subir escaleras que para alguien no muy deportista la verdad son muy cansadas. El hotel está en el mero corazón de la ciudad por lo que el estacionamiento no está en el mismo lugar del hotel. El estacionamiento está como a 850 metros caminando , con maletas es complicado. Lo mejor es dejar las maletas en el hotel y luego llevar el auto al estacionamiento ya sin maletas. El ruido de la ciudad si se escucha en la noche , pero si eres de sueño pesado no hay problema. El personal del hotel es muy amable y apoyan en todo.
