That staff was wonderful and hospitable. Everyone from the front desk, waiter on the restuarant, and bell staff all went out of there way to make our stay comfortable. Also, the rooms were clean and the location was good.

A little noisy at night , but no problem to fall sleep , Very good service . I will suggest to have more food options at the breakfast buffet like sweet bread or cookies for coffee

We had a great stay. This town is not made for uncomfortable shoes. The hotel was perfect for a weekend, close to all the comotion but not on top of it. The night staff can be very rude. Over all a very beautiful property where I would stay at again. The terrace is lovely and Miguel went out of his way to make sure we were having a lovely time and the day staff was great.

Charming, centrally located hotel
The hotel is centrally located in a building full of character and charm. The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and all of them are different, named after a writer each. I loved my room!

Quaint hotel with different levels of view and each room is dedicated to a national poet. Does have lot of steps but the stay is worthwhile. Diego Rivera museum is just around the corner and a roasting coffee shop is next door! Breakfast is buffet style but good.

Hotel it’s within walking distance for most things. Staff is super friendly and fast to accommodate needs. Breakfast was buffet and food was good and warm. No air conditioner and room little hot. Our room was to the front of the hotel so street little noisy.
