I like this place very much, Joaquin, Pilar and everyone was very costumer service trained, place is near everything and this place is like the old west. Will be backi to it.

Horrendous stay
Bed hard, poor quality pillow. Great air con. Food very disapointing, pizza plastered in cheap sickly cheese & little else. Sadly this lovely village is horrendous after dark. The street party below our room went on until 03.30 and even then there was music, shouting and vehicles revving until 05.00. Foam ear plugs were in room but useless. Couldnt wait to leave!

I had a wonderful stay at Hostal Alfonso. The location is excellent, the staff are outstanding, and the view from my room was beautiful. Highly recommend!!

Muy amables cuando tuvimos que realizar una modificación en la reserva y en el cambio de habitaciones. Tiene muy buenas vistas, está muy bien ubicado pero pide habitación de interior si quieres dormir pronto ya que hay habitaciones que dan a una calle muy concurrida.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. La habitación se encontraba en una planta semisótano con una ventana que daba a un patio interior oscuro y sucio, y justo encima está el restaurante, se oye todo el trajín del comedor, las sillas, los camareros...en la habitación no nos dejaron toallas, me tuve que vestir para ir a pedir una y al salir vi a una señora en pijama cogiendo las toallas del carrito de la limpieza así que hize lo mismo.

No me ha gustado en absoluto. Cuando llegue al establecimiento me dijeron que la habitación era el segundo piso, pero el tema es que era hacia abajo y sin ascensor, habitación a patio interior, sin aireación y le dije a la propietaria que estaba disconforme. La respuesta fue que era lo que yo había elegido y que había tenido mala suerte, no me ofreció ninguna solución, por lo que yo NO LO RECOMENDARÍA A NADIE

La atención del personal super buena, el desayuno muy rico, la habitación y baño estaban limpios, el único punto negativo es que el grifo del baño no cerraba bien por lo que estaba perdiendo agua todo el rato y la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y salía el agua por los lados. Para el precio que costaba podría estar más modernizada, parece una habitación de los años 70
