Recomiendo totalmente hospedarse en este hotel si el objetivo es estar cómodos, y cerca de muchos puntos claves turísticos dentro de la ciudad. Cada noche que regresábamos la habitación estaba impecable, el servicio siempre muy ameno de parte de todos, y realmente podíamos descansar muy bien! Lo único que no recomiendo es la comida del room service, y que hay que tomar en cuenta que su estacionamiento es limitado pero siempre hay valet parking. Definitivamente volveríamos! :)

Este es un hotel con un equipaso muy profesional siempre me demuestran que como huesped les importo. Este hotel ofrese instalaciones muy limpias, seguras y comodas. Este hotel tiene el mejor equipo capasitado muy profesionales en el puesto que lleven como principalmente las housekeepers, los caballeros de valet parking ó el equipaso del front desk. Estoy muy agradesida con todos y cada uno de estas personas que hacen un gran cambio de cualquier otro hotel y este muy limpio, seguro y hospitalario gran hotel.

All hotel Plaza Diana Guadalajara's teams had been perfectly trained, my congrats to all stuff team but specially to my housekeepers, valley paking and front desk team: the reason is because all this team over do to make my stay safe, and super comfortable. I love to stay here becase this wonderful teams makes an A on service. And the hotel is always super clean and safe.
