Always like this property and will come back again but the waiters in the breakfast area are very distracted. The place was empty. no waiter would approach the table to refill coffee or refill water. I had to ask and everytime It felt like they were doing me a favor not the other way around. I hope management can look into that as the rest of the hotel is great.

Si solamente es para dormir, está bien, si no, mejor elijan un hotel diferente. Mal señal de wifi, el gym lo abren a las 8am y lo cierran a las 8pm, en el estacionamiento casi le pegan a mi carro, en fin, no creo regresar a este hotel.

Dejé mi dinero y documentos que necesitaba el día de mi check in en la caja de seguridad y cuando necesite abrirla no funcionó, no pudieron arreglarla por qué la llave la tenía una persona que no estaba en turno y me dijeron que tenía que esperar.. ni siquiera una disculpa por el inconveniente o alguna solución al tema Solo fue un no se puede arreglar.. es tu problema y mañana se resuelve Tuve que mover algunos planes del día siguiente y ese mismo día por tener que esperar
