The hotel was close to the cathedral, subway station, Liverpool, coffee shop and no need for a cab. Housekeeping staff and Fabian were top notch! As for front desk they need some training on customer service. The gal with glasses rather rude, I called a day ahead to confirm if there were grab bars in the restroom, I spoke to someone named Leti confirming. She also read notes on our reservation. When we get to hotel I’m told there’s no notations on my reservation that it must’ve been call center, but I can change rooms for $35 dollars more. Family and I stayed due to location, we made the best of it lots of places walking distance.

The hotel was amazing and super clean all the time! Everywhere you walked it always smelled like beautiful and fresh flowers. It’s also very convenient since it’s right next to the cathedral and within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants.

They don’t answer the ph. I called 3 days before to ck in early and for pick up from the airport. They were not accommodating to ck in early, they said they’d pick us up for $30 but they never showed up. Then they charged me $50 for ck in at 830am. The halls smell, our bathroom smelled, we got dirty towels that smelled like urine!!!! Ubers can’t find the hotel, surrounding area is dirty and safety is questionable
