Blas in the front desk was very informative on how to get around! service is great during breakfast. Their chilaquiles are really good! Walking distance from Tlaquepaque which is touristy.

Property was beautifully decorated and in great condition. The breakfast/bar area is a large open area with an occasional breeze to keep it cool. Our room included daily breakfast which was the highlight of our stay. Table service with choice of large breakfast main, plus fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was filled with mosquitoes that feasted on us as we slept. Also, plumbing in our room caused the toilet to make screeching noises periodically. I called it a singing toilet but my wife was not amused. Told the front desk about toilet twice but never fixed.

The hotel was beautiful and a 7 minute walking distance to the main tourist area of Tlaquepaque. Restaurants and shopping including the famous El Parian. The staff was great, the food was delicious and the service overall was great. Would definitely stay again. We all loved it and it was 11 of us. All rooms were clean and beautiful.

This hotel is beautiful, the setup is really welcoming and the property is well taken care off. The staffing was very nice. The location is very convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. I would definitely be coming back.
