Outside location not the best a lot of homeless by the convenience store. Not many restaurant choices around. Bathroom outlet wasn’t working had to call it in took several hours to fix. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Stayed at this hotel while I went to GDL for surgery in late March. Because I was recovering, I ordered A LOT of room service. Food was literally sooo good, tasted homemade. Best part was that is was so cheap compared to home, Los Angeles. The staff was also incredibly friendly. Would see that I was “hurt” all bandaged up and refused to let me take my food from the door. They walked in every time and would set up my food for however was most convenient for me. Hotel was conveniently right across from the pharmacy, next to a convenient store and the mall as well! Will be staying here for my next surgery!! Of course, room and entire hotel was super clean and smelled clean as well. I can’t think of anything to complain about.. maybe that the AC could have been colder.

Great location and the overall condition & facilities of the hotel are very good. The only thing I would complain about my stay is the room service. It took a long time, about 1 hour to receive the food. Other than that the attention and service of all the people who work there, was excellent.

Best affordable hotel in Gdl

This is probably the best hotel in gdl. It’s easy to get to and it’s in a safe and neighborhood. Attendants are really nice. There is a breakfast buffet you can purchase which is nice as well.

Front desk staff so rude, the room was dirty and we found rat 💩 in the bathroom. We had reservation for 5 nights but we couldn’t stay more than 3 nights. People so loud and disrespectful. Definitely not recommended to no one.

I rarely review but this time this made me review this, because this hotel is precious. I really liked the place, the staff was top, the guy that walked us with our luggage to the room was really helpful. The room was pretty clean and neat, all was in place perfect to rest. Pillows and bed were comfortable, and two per person which I think was great. The room service was super fast and tasty, and at very good prices. Its difficult to be better than this hotel to be honest.

The room was spotless, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect.
