Discriminated as "Expedia bookings are sold only for low floors" according to the front desk clerk. Noisy as the avenue is very transited. By the other hand, clean and comfy. Good options in room service and restaurant. Many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner around.

Velvet hotel is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The people are very professional. The restaurant is a little pricey for the small portions, however, the food is tasty. There is a convenient store a block away. I will return to this hotel.
