It is a great building in the perfect area in town. This was my second visit in a year. For work purposes. It’s not a quiet hotel. The piano man plays every night. It is so wonderful to open your door and listen to him play. It is a happy place to be in the big city.

it doesn't look like much, but I was totally wrong, my wife booked this, and I was thrilled with the service team, OMG!!! the breakfast was AMAZING chilaquiles con queso Wow!!!! the ladies cooking are THE BEST!!!! Thank you for a great experience

Hi! Don’t waist your money! If you want to stay in Guadalajara don’t stay there! There are many other good options in downtown. Staff not helping at all my room key didn’t work properly you have to activate it every time you gat back to the hotel. It will work the fi time if you are lucky. Or use the stairs! I was not the only one. The food is expensive, not worth it! I had to leave one day early! No help to get any reimbursement! You could hear music until 4:00 AM the rooms not functional at all!
