The property is fine enough for the price, but the rooms could use some upgrading, the bedding and bath towels were worn and need to be replaced. The staff was friendly and provided good information of the area. Juan Carlos was great, always greeted us with a smile and inquired if we needed anything.

It was a nice stay but…..
Housekeeping service was good! She was lovely! Only two things: they scheduled our taxi for the wrong time. But it was in the am so the taxi got to the hotel fast for pickup. 2: there’s a club behind the hotel and at 12am woke up and it was hard to fall asleep for me. But didn’t seem to bother my partner. Would I stay again? Yea but not first choice Overall good stay.

VIP at this hotel was more than great, the rooms were amazing, the view the cleaning my sons were so happy, however my husband and I stayed in an other room paying the same amount, and sadly our experience was not great at all, the room smells badly, there is a huge difference between a regular room than a suite. I won’t stay again in that hotel. My expectations were to stay in a room like my sons stayed.
