Not safe

My plans were to stay a week..but the hotel was no safe for me or my daughter ..the mexican judicial police use the hotel..I don't know if is their staying hotel to sleep.. or other..anyway it was noisy at night..people shouting..sirens going...police cleaning their guns in the stairs....one bad was shaky..I didn't feel safe there.so only spent one night..and move to a diferent hotel the next day and spent the rest of the week at the other hotel I won't recommend hotel .Nueva Galicia to anybody sorry.

Its not a luxury hotel but its nice and you have nice people 24 hours a day ready to serve you

Definitely not a 3 star quality hotel

Foam mattress, not what you would expect in a 3*** hotel. Room was tidy but not very clean. Several insect bite, verifying Bed bugs. No vending machines. Breakfast consisted of eggs and juice. Staff was reasonably friendly. Bring your own hair dryer.

Demasiado austero

Nunca tuvimos agua caliente, solo tibia, los niños no podian banarse asi en la noche o por la mañana, las instalaciones son demasiado viejas, las cobijas asperas, jamas pudimos usar wifi, simplemente no funcionaba.

Lamento expresar mi desagrado l hospedarme en el hotel Nueva Galicia. De nuevo, nada. Importante, no tiene rampa para discapacitados. Reserve para 6 compañeros y luego me hicieron un cargo por $ 530.00 por no haber cancelado dos reservaciones. Si ya estaba hecha una reservación anteriormente el día 8 de enero y luego aparecen otras con fecha distinta. Cómo no detectan esa irregularidad? No es funcional su sistema de reservaciones.

Los cuartos anunciados no coinciden con la realidad. El cuarto 104 tiene reducido el baño, espacio muy pequeño. Falta de mantenimiento en general.

Lo que no me gusto es que hacen publicidad del hotel con fotografias muy viejas que no son la realidad de como esta realmente, en una de las areas donde nos toco se veia muy descuidado, mi habitacion tenia la puerta de acceso descuadrada y corta de abajo, la chapa por dentro suelta y la alfombra del pasillo con manchas de humedad, las paredes dañadas por la humedad, pero la atencion de los empleados excelente todos muy amables y atentos a brindar un buen servicio.

Tenia animales mi cama

Es un hotel horrible, no lo recomiendo para nada. En mi habitación la 608 tenía CHINCHES o algo parecido en las camas y las almohadas repletas , no había agua caliente y salía muy poca agua de la regadera y para acabar el servicio pésimo cuando llegué me tardaron mucho en atender a pesar de que tenía reservacion y al irme y comentar lo de mi habitación solo me dijeron "lamentamos lo sucedido" yo tenia reservacion para 2 noches pero solo me quedé una por lo mismo porque de ver los animales no pude dormir y la verdad no iba a quedarme otra noche ahí, pero lo que paso no les importó, no me regresaron mi dinero de la otra noche solo un lo siento fue lo que pudieron dar para tan pésimo servicio y lugar.
