Historic Hotel, old-fashioned service.

The hotel is beautiful. Service was on point. I found the pillows a bit hard and the door to our balcony did not lock, however we were up sufficiently high it did not pose a security concern. The breakfast buffet had many great options. The pool was absolutely lovely.

Beautuful Histroric Hotel

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Guadalajara, walking distance to the main square in Centro and many resturants and sights to see and explore. Hotel had a great breakfast and was nice to have a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool after a full day of activities.

Hotel Morales is a beautiful colonial style hotel, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Guadalajara. (Centro Historico) in a non rush hour, you can grab a taxi/Uber/drive to take you to any point of the city within 30 minutes! 1 hour on rush hour. So location is a key if you are planning to go towards the south side of the city (Tlaquepaque, Airport, Tonala, etc.) and/or the north side (Chapultepec, Arcos, Andares, Zapopan, etc.) Anyways central location which is what I was looking for. It’s Mexican style look won over other modern looking hotels. Its customer service! Have you heard of Mexican Hospitality! You’ll experience here that. They were kind enough to let us check in earlier. Its breakfast buffet! Oh great service plus delicious food. Chef on the grill for more hot meals, cafe de olla, fresh fruit juices, convenient breakfast buffet and restaurant hours. This place is a must if you want to walk around the city center. Few blocks from the iconic Catedral de Guadalajara, Calandria horse rides, double decker city bus tour. Tequila tour buses. mercado de San Juan de Dios, etc. highly recommended place. Did I mention great housekeeping service, hot water always! Just look at the pictures of this Downtown gem! Highly recommended please.

Perfect historic hotel!

The hotel is very lovely reminds me of a historic hacienda, beautifully decorated, the staff were all amazing, food was good, and the area was safe. The staff recommended a Tequila tour, it was great, and we had fun! Thank you!
