I come here quite often. It is my understanding from booking in various sites, that you can only select a room based on the number of guests you select. I have yet to see an option where you can select rooms with a balcony view, this option is on a first come first serve basis at check in. I requested this option upon arrival and it wasn’t given as they said it was unavailable. Since I’ve stayed here previously, I know which room numbers have balcony and/or street view. To my surprise when I checked into my room I noticed there were plenty of rooms available with balcony/street view. I told the receptionist whom said those were reserved for a group that had booked them….I just want to know if this is an option now where we can book balcony/street view to make it equivalent and available for all. Not a select few. This really affected my impeccable view of this place. I’ll continue to stay here however, I prefer to deal with the night staff rather than the day staff.

This beautiful historic hotel has very clean & decent size room, although not large, and I was traveling solo. The staff was amazing and very responsive. I only ate at the hotel once. The mushroom fettuccine was excellent, but I prefer eating in area eateries. The area is very walkable, with many restaurants, shops, and historical sites very all within a mile. I took a few Ubers to the farther away spots. The most expensive was 169mx and that was to the airport in the middle of the night. I highly recommend this one of a kind hotel
