This hotel was in a very convenient area of el Centro. Restaurant, shopping and churches surround this hotel. The hotel is very clean and everyone was super nice. Salma and Daniel both from the restaurant were both wonderful! They gave us great recommendations on places to visit. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Todo fue excelente. Por los ultimos 5 años siempre elijo hotel morales porque nunca fallan la atencion siempre es increíble. En esta ocasión my experiencia fue un poco desagradable ya que JOEL quien por sus compañeros pregunte y mencionaron el ser el “jefe” de recepción, se porto muy grosero y no profesional al hora que yo pedi hacer un cambio de habitación. Fue una confusion de mi parte de hacer un cambio de habitación pero la manera que el interrumpió la conversación que estaba teniendo con su compañera al lado y de echo muy amable la senorita, la manera que interrumpió, y respondio a mi pregunta que no fue asia el si no a su compañera aserca de hacer el cambio de habitación, fue muy grosero y no profesional ya que para mi fue una confusion. De eso todo muy lindo, excelente hotel, servicio increíble muy bien recomendado

Very large room with — no joke — no windows. None. There was spire/ bell tower in the middle of the room that was quite dramatic and let in light filtered through simple stained glass during the daylight hours.

We stayed a few nights and the hotel was great. It was always cleaned very well daily. The staff was very attentive, including the host Mario. He made sure we had all we needed and we even booked a tour the hotel offers. Another thing we liked was the hotel offers airport transportation for a reasonable fee. The only thing my husband I were not expecting was the area. While the hotel is close to a lot of beautiful historic sites, it did not feel safe to walk around especially at night. We just planned our activities during daylight but otherwise, everything was great!
