El hotel se quedo sin luz, la respuesta del staff de la recepcion fue que no tenian tiempo de respuesta. En la noche teniamos mucho calor. Al hacer checkout el staff de recepcion tambien se portaron muy indiferentes.

We were on the 3rd floor and can hear traffic from the near by street, also our room was closest to the elevator so you can hear people all hrs of the night. Other than that everything else was perfect

Affordable, amazing staff and good breakfast. The 9 floor restaurant hace a great view delicious pizza really good one and the margaritas and micheladas were just perfect.

Most of the staff, including Restaurant and valet were great. Two issues: 1. No washcloths in room. I asked the front desk, and she didn't understand (we speak Spanish). She gave me a shoe shine cloth. ?!?!? 2. Ninth floor bar. Staff VERY rude. We tried to move a chair because we didn't fit. They aggressively said we can't move chairs. There was noone else there. WTH?

Loved the elegant simplicity of the decor. Very modern and chic! Breakfast was included. I loved the variety of fresh juices and wonderful breakfast offerings. The restaurant staff is superb and very attentive to details. The hotel is near a lot of upscale restaurants. Very cool pizza joint on the 9th floor. I mostly took taxis to get to and from tourist destinations and shopping. 10/10 Love this hotel. I will be back!

I won’t stay here again

Good Location, Good Service but too loud. Roms are Not isolated enough, you can hear what’s going on in the adjacent rooms and corridors. Couldn’t get enough sleep
