Itā€™s right next to the promenade, super cute and clean hotel. Super affordable food and drinks. Only thing that was a downer is the pool is 5ft deep all one level. It should have a shallow endā€¦ and the sound does echo throughout, a bird and staff cleaning the pool area did wake us every morning, so thatā€™s not ideal. But I didnā€™t see another property with this proximity that looked this nice. Iā€™d still stay here again. If the doors and sliding doors could be sound proofed it would be perfect. They keep the bathroom window high up open, so you have to close the bathroom door to keep your room cold, but I didnā€™t mind it.

We enjoyed this property! Such a cute small boutique hotel. Walking distance from the excitement of Tlaquepaque! Staff was incredible. Front desk staff was so attentive and hospitable. Carlos the bartender went above and beyond for us. He had such a great personality the hotel is lucky to have him in the team!

Noisy, no adultos on duty.
We booked two nights and were disturbed on both nights by noise in the pool courtyard and downstairs bar. The pool has stated rules that it closes at 9 pm, but these rules were not observed by guests nor hotel staff. No one in a management position was on duty at night, just someone at the front desk and a bartender, both unwilling to enforce the rules. On the second evening I requested to speak with a manager and was connected via phone with Erica who informed me that she could not control certain guests from using the pool after hours and creating excessive noise. Well, at least she was honest. I requested and received a full cash refund of our booking upon departure. The sad part is that this is a lovely facility in a great location close to the Tlaquepaque entertainment area which weā€™ve enjoyed visiting before. Unfortunately, it sounds as if the hotel owner is not supporting staff with the resources they need, such as security. This is definitely a ā€œone and doneā€.

This was our 4th time staying at this Hotel. Every time we stay here the staff is always very nice and very helpful. the hotel is always spotless. they take very good care of the facility. it has become our go to place to stay in Guadalajara.
