Rooms are very small and bathrooms . The pool is very cold including the jacuzzi it is not functioning . House keeping is great. The front desk is not too friendly and are limited on toilet paper and water for rooms

Absolutely horrible customer service take your money elsewhere. I booked and payed at the property and had to leave a night early I notified the front desk at 11pm and they insisted that Expedia need to approve my refund but I payed at the property?!I checked out the following morning at 8am and received a call from the supervisor saying they couldn’t give me my money back. As soon as Expedia reached out they said Monday they would process the refund. Myra the supervisor is the absolute worst she hung up on me mid call still saying Expedia needed their commission and that they had no record of that conversation happening. This hotel only wants to keep people’s money. Stay elsewhere.

A wonderful service, the only down on my end, I ask for an upgrade as I booked to celebrate my bday and without hesitation the representative stated no. Also, I was not aware parking was an extra charge. Breakfast at the hotel was ok, cold and dry, do have to say, parking attendance was wonderful. but overall our experience was good,

The staff were wonderful. The room was huge. The cleaning women were fantastic. The valet parkers and bell hops were fantastic. The restaurant staff were very nice. The pool was beautiful, but freezing, in May :( We had hoped to enjoy that, with poolside drinks. We had a frozen piña colada- delicious...but only kids were in the pool.

Property was in a convenient location. The suite we paid to upgrade to was comfortable and pleasant. Although the jacuzzi bath tub in that room was unusable. Staff was very pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
