Great hotel

I was amazed by the hotel’s location and cleanliness, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the best experience I’ve had in Guadalajara! Everything was within walking distance, making it even more convenient. I’m definitely staying there again and can’t wait for my next trip.

This is a recently converted property and the room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. I want to specifically mention the girl who checked me in. She said she was new to the hotel business but you could never tell because she was so friendly and helpful. I’m a general manager of a large hotel in Los Angeles with 400 employees and it’s very difficult to find people with her great attitude. Thanks for everything.

Great location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Very efficient front deck staff and friendly bellmen and housekeeping staff. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet.

Very beautiful hotel. We ordered room service and my salmon was great. My spouse's italian was ok, different, but what do you expect? Your in Mexico ordering italian, LOL. This hotel is on a busy street but is pretty quiet after midnight. We will stay here again when we come to Guadalajara.

Beautiful new modern hotel close to Avenida Chapultepec. McDonalds is right across the street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bus stop is at the front of property. Room was very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable with plushed pillows. Balcony had good views. Hot water was a plus! Highly recommend this place! I will be back!
