EXCELLENT
The hotel was absolutely great! I had a very early flight the following day so instead of driving at three in the morning to the airport, in fear of arriving late because the traffic was unbearable coming in and going out. A lot of people may be returning home so being at the hotel a day before was very, very convenient. The room was nice and clean, and you have plenty of dining options.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel because of the convenience of a very early flight the next morning. It was so nice to come out of the hotel and go straight to the check in counter without having to go outside. Staying over the night before made it easy to relax and not have to worry about traffic or rushing on the morning of our flight.

Property is located at the airport and has direct access to restaurants and terminals. Problem was checkin is posted as 3pm but our rooms weren’t available until 5pm. Also the toilets in both rooms were unable to flush, we had to take the top off the tank and manually open the valve. Front desk staff offered no compensation or alternative to accommodate us.

I love the fact there is a hotel at Guadalajara’s Airport! It is so convenient and new! We stayed at the 7th floor was very quiet! The halls and rooms are a bit smaller but great hotel.

My first time staying at the hotel in the Guadalajara airport and it was great!!! I had an overnight flight and it was extremely convenient to be able to get off the plane and be in my hotel room in less than 20 minutes. The room was extremely clean and well kept. The bed was really comfortable and I can say I had a good night’s sleep. I also stopped by their breakfast buffet in the morning and everything was delicious and they had a good assortment of choices. All of the staff was very friendly and it’s a plus that the hotel is pet friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again if needed.
