The great service given at Grand Fiesta Americana/Providencia is the primary reason why we continue to return here! We travel to Guadalajara at least twice a year and will only stay at this hotel. The food, drinks and service at the restaurant and bar are exceptional. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable.

Always beautiful. When I arrive at fiesta usually someone comes greet us and help with luggage. Today we arrived no one came and when I got to check in the lady at desk did not even acknowledge me.

Front desk staff was fine but not impressive. Hot tub was not hot. Hotel is nice and in a good state of repair. The room is nice and the toiletries are l’occitane. Gym is nice and spa facility met expectations as well. Didn’t eat or drink onsite. The AI concierge is garbage but the real concierge was quite helpful.

They charge me a room service that I didn’t order. Food was cold and shrimps were not cook. I canceled and change for another breakfast . They charge me 2 room services. At the time of the checkout I want to front desk explain everything they said they were going to cancel the under cook shrimps they didn’t. It took me more than 20 min to do the check out and still I got charge for 2 room services on my bank account.

This is the best hotel in Guadalajara. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is outstanding. Love everything about it. I usually stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year.
