I recently stayed at this hotel and booked two rooms for a group of seven. While the staff was very nice and welcoming, our experience with the cleanliness and policies left us disappointed. In one of the rooms, we found hair in the bed sheets, and in the other room, there was a hair on the toilet. Additionally, the bed frame pressed against the wall was black and dirty, which was off-putting. We had booked two rooms with a total of four beds—more than enough to accommodate our group of seven—so I was surprised and disappointed that we were still charged extra for an additional person. Overall, while the customer service was pleasant, the cleanliness and unexpected extra charges made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements for future guests.

Not at all what you would expect for the price. Rooms are extremely small and are in desperate need of a remodel. Our window looked out to a wall. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. In general the whole place feels claustrophobic. Building is quite old or “historic” as they like to call it. A lot of drug addicts around the area. Lobby is very small. Have to walk quite far with your luggage to check in as you cannot drive up to the lobby. Area is not what it used to be. It doesn’t feel very safe especially when walking with your luggage to and from transportation. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. If you want to visit the downtown area just take a taxi there. Ended up losing my money and stayed somewhere else within an hour of getting here. No partial refund or anything other than a “too bad you booked through a 3rd party”, the front desk is friendly until you call them out on these things. Did I mention the smell of the place? Not very pleasant to say the least.

It’s full of homeless people around the entrance the hotel entrance! The hotel had a bad smell. The staff were rude, the room had a terrible sewer smell and was dirty, the bed was full of hair and the rooms, the furniture was old and not well maintained. We made a complaint at the front desk and they dismissed us. They said the hotel was old and that they couldn’t do anything to accommodate us, they didn’t apologize or anything. We walk out and lost our money
