Worst experience I’ve had in a while. Upon my arrival I was told my room was “not available” even though I prepaid. I was then given a room that was smaller and told it was the same value, even though the rates listed at the counter showed a difference over 1,500 pesos. After I took it up with Expedia I was told no one could help me and I would not be refunded. I’m disappointed in Hilton for the BS and Expedia for not fighting to fix this, if not fixing it themselves. The staff disregarded me when I brought up the price difference and told me the rooms were worth the same. Such BS to be looking forward to a nice vacation only the have it start this way. The Valet parking also sucks. There is not clear indication of where to stop for valet. My first go around I missed the cutout and being able to get back was hell with all the one way streets and traffic. Worst experience ever overall. I’ll never stay at that hotel and I will think twice before booking a room through Expedia in the future.

This was a great tourist property. There are many things to do that are walking distance. Being in the historical center of Guadalajara made it that easy to catch tours around the city.

Only reason i gave it 4 star because i was under the impression all the rooms come with balcony. The picture showed balcony and when i checked in the staff said its $30 extra per night for balcony view. Staff is friendly and overall the stay was good. Food is great! Enjoyed having dinner at the hotel.

This property took over NH hotels and did not made any major changes. The building has the same decour throughout. It has old towels, broken ironing boards and old irons. My restroom wasn’t cleaned properly as I found pubic hair behind, and on the toilet. Thera was poop stains and some black residue dripping from under the toilet seat. I make notice to the front desk twice but whoever came to clean missed all the details. I showed the front desk staff a video I took and the whole experience was bad. I can’t believe check the hotel has 5 hours to clean and disinfect as check-in is at 4:00 pm. and check-out is at 11:00 am. Very disappointed and I want my money back

What i like abut this place. Convenient to get to different places of Town. What i did not like. room was dirty and water from shower would leak into the rest of the bathroom floor. Asked front desk if we could be transfer to a cleaner room and no leaks. Front desk response was that all rooms were the same. Beds were Full not Queens. Very small.
