Everyone who works at this hotel is friendly and ready to help. It's very well located, and the parking is free. However the front desk people never answer the phone. I have stayed here many times.

The first night I was there I had to kill a cockroach and that pretty much did it for me. My grapes were covered in ants when I went to use the bathroom during the night. Multiple damages to the room that I had photograph and videotape to make front desk aware, so I would not be charged. Door had gaps on all edges to the point that the noise and light made it impossible to sleep. Left the first night, still waiting for a complete refund for the 3 nights I had paid for, or to even hear from management. Seems like they are not interested in making this situation right for the consumer. The whole hotel smelled funny, than observed a man with a white fluid on a backpack spraying chemicals all over. It was just a horrible experience. I hope to get my money back but my claim with Expedia also seems to be going nowhere! Do not stay here! Pick a different place it's not worth it, especially if you have asthma or any of your family members do. You're expected to sleep among these chemicals to apparently keep ants and roaches out.

Well not again.
Arrived and bathrooms were not cleaned so asked to see another room and it was worse so kept the first one. They said they would clean the dirty tub/shower and mirrors and floor covered with other peoples hair. That didn't happen. We bought cleaners and cleaned bathrooms. My bathroom toilet didn't work and they said would fix but didn't. I had to fill trash with water to flush my toilet for a week. Curtains were stained with all kinds of things. Beds had clean linen. Pool and pool area was nice and we enjoyed. Will never stay here again.

Rooms don’t have microwave or fridge. No iron either. Not on the best area, since you don’t have any places to go eat. Seven eleven is close by. No alcohol slow at the swimming pool. No a/c on the lobby. More like a motel. I will recommend this hotel for someone that is planning on staying for a couple of hrs. Very clean, thats a big plus.
