We tried to make a reservation for the shuttle they told us no reaervation was needed and that their shuttle runs every hour. When we got to the airport we waited for 2 hours and the shuttle never got there. We had to get a taxi . This is horrible service .we waited 2 hours to get to the hotel that is 5 minutes away!!

Very clean, courteous staff, excellent room conditions with all the amenities they announced. Only bad think in our experience, the room they assigned to us was in front of the Carretera Chapala so all night long we were hearing the heavy trucks, noisy traffic, it was hard to sleep with that noise.

Place can be a but clean and staff is to "serious" not so friendly. Around the property the area is dirty I understand is not their building but clean it regardless. Cleaning lady was amazing.
