Arrived and given a room that was dirty. The person at desk was not at all apologetic. As two women traveling the locks on the doors insufficient for security. The cafe waitress did not ask us if we wanted anything we had to call her over twice. Would never stay again.

We really do like this hotel and stay here often when in Guadalajara. It's easy to get to, close to shopping and the highways for getting around, etc. However, the last 2 stays, including this one, we found the room without a single towel and had to call reception both times and ask for towels to be brought to the room. I mentioned it to the reception when we checked out. Not sure what's going on and why we would have to call and ask for what should already be in the room. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay here. We found the beds a bit uncomfortable and the internet not very reliable inside our room, but loved that it had a kitchen. The kitchen had nothing in it to cook with or eat with, but Walmart was only a 10 min walk and easy to find what we needed.

We've been to this hotel several times and have never had a problem. I will say that I don't think they should call this a Jr Suite w/kitchenette. The "kitchenette" didn't have a single pot, pan, spoon or fork in it. When I called to request a few spoons, Reception told me to call the restaurant and ask for one...very poor service. There was also not a single towel in the entire room when we arrived...so had to call Reception and ask for those as well. The staff member who brought them provided the best service as she also offered to go and get a few spoons as well. There's also no coffee maker in the room. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Thanks.
