This was a beautiful place! Enjoyed the beach and pool areas, the food was delicious in all of the restaurants on premises too. Service was good. Room always cleaned everyday and restocked.

Aside from a few restaurant employees Martinez, Martin,Karma, Kelsey and Sharmala at the front desk 3pm shift, we were treated with indifference. We definitely felt that our money was worth less than others culminating on the day we checked out. We were held hostage for more than an hour by the unprofessional front desk double charging us for services already paid for. Their explanation was the charge wasn't uploaded by their employee to our room so we have to satisfy the charges. We requested the manager on duty and we were basically ignored while having to explain to almost the entire front desk staff that we're being double charged. My memory of this trip is terrible. We were on a all inclusive vacation, ordered a meal on the beach, waited for an hour and never received our order. Totally unacceptable.

We loved this hotel very much! The only things is you have to get a shuttle to do anything. The hotel is on a hill which they can’t help because st. Lucia is a hilly country. Breakfast was so yummy with so many options. We didn’t eat lunch in dinner as we wanted to eat local food. The only reason it was not a 5 star for me is the ant in the room it was so many of them infested in the bathroom only. Other than that I loved it.

The service at this hotel is second to none. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the water sports green for the family, however, the staff really make this hotel special. Would definitely return.

**Review of Windjammer Resort in St. Lucia** My family and I had a phenomenal experience at the Windjammer Resort in St. Lucia. From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service provided by the entire staff was exceptional. Whether in the lobby, the restaurants, or the dining areas, everyone was attentive, friendly, and professional. Please recognize John at the lobby area and Skeete at Jammers! Representing your brand with pride! The resort was impeccably clean, with meticulous attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment. Additionally, the views from every angle of the resort were breathtaking, offering a picturesque backdrop to our stay. I would definitely recommend Windjammer Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation experience in St. Lucia. *Do yourself a favor and go all inclusive as every dining experience is very well worth it! Great property to stay at the the pictures online do this place no justice it is beautiful! It is a lot of hills but they are shuttles to take you around at any moment. The workers are very nice and friendly. Shout to the beach staff they were amazing!

Loved our stay at the Windjammer Landing! Everyone was always making sure we were being helped, we were greeted with cold refreshing towels upon arrival and all of our luggage was taken care of. For dinner we tried dragonfly, upper deck, and papa dons and for lunch we tried embers, all of them had great food and i highly recommend the ALL INCLUSIVE option! even if you feel lilke you wont be eating or drinking a lot, its definitely worth it, by the second day we would have already wasted more money than what we paid for the all inclusive package! House keeping was amazing, kept our villa clean everyday, the smell when we walked into our villa de first day was amazing! The pool was never full so we were always able to get lounge chairs. i also tried the classic massage at the Spa, definitely enojyed it! we booked an excursion through the hotel directly, "jammin tours" was the excursion and it was worth every dollar we had so much fun and cant imagine visiting st lucia and not doing the tour! we did mud bath, water fall and then snorkling at sugar beach, the catamaran had drinks and lunch included and the crew was 10/10 always willing to take the best pictures and making sure everyone was having a great time! We were on Villa 4 and even though the hotel offers van pick up and drop off from the villa to the lobby we actually enjoyed waking down and up the hill to the villa. the few times we did request a pick up we never waited more than 5 minutes for a pick up. BOOK YOUR TRIP!

There was Hurricane Beryl that hit the island before we arrived. The Windjammer Landing returned a partial refund. The hotel deducted the hotels taxes and food costs. We lost over a thousand in taxes and food costs of $2000. Never again. The Windjammer canceled our reservation and the airline canceled the reservation. It’s so so unfair.

I must say I do not take time to submit reviews too much but this property deserves my time! From the moment we arrived, ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. If there was something they did not know they would get an answer on the spot. The food was amazing and they had a pretty large selection to choose from. They are different restaurants open at different times where you can make Reservation or walk-in. Best part was room service 24 hours. I would not recommend renting a car if your driving is not excellent as the roads are extremely tricky and curvy. They do have Taxi’s and shuttles available if needed and I would not have minded paying a little extra for them. There are many things to do and choose from to occupy your time whether on site or off. The island itself is breath taking and there is so much to see. I cannot wait to go again!
