Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Close by shopping and restaurants. It is an easy walk to the beach or there is a shuttle available. The property could use a few upgrades, however it is kept clean. My room fit my needs well enough. Enjoyed the pools. Next time I come I will upgrade to the all inclusive option.

Lovely hotel…minor flaws

Very nice hotel, majority of the staff are friendly enough. The bedding needs to be rethought as it’s extremely thin and you can’t leave the AC off as the room then gets too hot. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but they can accommodate you which is good.

The room 305 was terrible.It smelled foul and musty. Bathroom was very very unacceptable. Bathtub floor was decrepit. Air condition unit not working but was repaired promptly. The area outside the room was a slum,so space under door was unfortunate. There was no natural light, none. None! The hairdryer caught fire. Staff said fully booked,so not possible to change room, which was upsetting.

A good location in the tourist area with many amenities in walking distance. However the room was quite small for the rates charged, lacked basic amenities like a microwave, sofa chair, table, and appeared somewhat dated. Also little to no water water in the room's shower. Stayed 3 nights had hot water on the final night only. Also had to beg for room service to clean the room after being skipped completely the first day. It was not the worst experience, but definitely room for improvements.

Cons Food service was delayed on busy days. Ants in the room and coffee machine inside room Mattress and pillow were not comfortable to get a good night sleep. Pros Near to the mall and Rodney Bay Street and restaurant Food and pizza were good in the spice restaurant. Shuttle service was good to other resort and beach Taxi service was available outside the hotel

Everyone were friendly and rooms were cleaned daily. Beds was comfortable. I give the entire staff an 5 between 1-5 with 5 being the best! Next trip I will make sure to come back here and I would recommend to everyone.
