The staff at the front desk were very friendly. It's a real no frills hotel. No pool or dining options. Because it's an extended stay, people actually live there. The room was clean if you need a place to sleep and shower. Wouldn't want to stay there again though.

There's NOTHING to like about absolutely unprofessional staff & horrible management. Upon check-in & checkout as well: The staff will be unnecessarily rude. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional in countless other ways, but will aim to blame an unproblematic guest instead. DO NOT STAY HERE under any circumstances, I don't even care if you're unhoused because you will be disrespected and ultimately, only wasting money. Oh and I love that upon initially bringing my items into my room: I overheard 2 of the housekeepers talking about how they wish they still sold dope for a living instead of making an honest living. Chef's kiss for the kind of garbage business and staff WoodSpring Suites has. You're welcome.

The check in was smooth and quick and simples. The entrance is clean however i was on the 4th floor and the carpets are really stained and always smellled of pungent food or spoiled food. The room was okay, the towels were stained and thin, we ended up buying our own. There was no soap in the bathroom so we bought that as well. We stayed for a week and there was no services offered.

My recent stay at WoodSpring Suites (McDonough, GA) was pretty good. There is some room for improvement, though. When I first entered the room and had to use the restroom, I could tell the toilet was visibly dirty. Thankfully, I had my cleaning wipes on me to clean the toilet. Additionally, I strongly disliked the fact that the toilet was clogged and I couldn't enjoy my showers b/c of the clog issue. Other than that, your fellow guests are pretty nice as you pass them by on any given day. I did especially appreciate the kitchen space in my suite b/c it definitely came in handy. Finally, my check-in & checkout were very smooth processes.
