-checked in around 9pm, traveling from MS with 3 toddlers & a newborn. -walked in the room with our luggage & things on the cart -4yr old walked in the bathroom & found live cockroaches -walked back to the front desk, front desk lady was very nice, respectful, and apologetic. -refunded money

The hotel was very dated, and the room specifically was very dirty. Carpet was covered in debris, no TV remote, sheets were stained. Very disappointing!

Maybe ok for one night /as last resort
Pros: Rooms available when other hotels were sold out. Staff was super nice and friendly. Room was roomy and clean enough for one night stay. Cons: Several guys tailgating drinking and sitting in the parking lot upon arrival. Staff said they were aware and they are fine and there are cameras in that area if anything happens. Not five minutes after entering the room of roach ran across my bathroom floor. Black mold under the bottom soap holder in the bathroom. Back of top of nightstand dusty. Tons of marks on doors and door frames in hallways and on the elevators, wear and tear not kept up with
