Good overnight stay!
Staff was friendly. My first room was freezing because the thermostat was inoperable. I went downstairs and showed the clerk a pic of the thermostat and was immediately put in a new room! Comfy stay, just one night. Great location as far as proximity to restaurants and the likes.

Cold shower!
Everything was good except that there was ZERO hot water for showers in the morning. We only stayed one night and had no hot water. This is super disappointing bc there are no other real complaints about this hotel but we probably wouldn’t stay here again based on that.

Very reasonable. The place just needs some TLC. The entryway and drive need power washed. Trash can overflowing outside the main entrance. The bathroom floor in our room was sticky around the base of the toilet. The shower handle was loose and we had a hard time turning the water off. Hopefully, that will get addressed. Breakfast was simple with enough variety and the biscuits were fantastic!

SCAM! Do not stay here!!! Got to the hotel to check in, things were going smoothly, then as we are about to get our keys, the front desk attendant (who was polite and professional) told us large security deposit was required to for the stay. We were then told this deposit would be refunded in 5-10 business days after booking. This deposit was news to us. We reluctantly stayed because we really had no choice. Never again!!

Staff was friendly, but the floors had purple sticky stuff spilt all over them in the lobby and elevators. Our USB outlets in the room didnt work. The building was out of pillows so the people that slept on the pull out couch had no pillows. The sheets were dirty on the beds. Breakfast was decent.

Room key did not work on two occasions. One being on arrival to room. Multiple guests had the same complaint as well. The water was lukewarm/cold the entire stay (3 days and 2 nights). When reported to management I was told to wait a few minutes because everyone was taking showers. I guess everyone in the hotel was taking showers all day and night because the water never got hot! I will not stay here again.
