Staff was friendly, but the floors had purple sticky stuff spilt all over them in the lobby and elevators. Our USB outlets in the room didnt work. The building was out of pillows so the people that slept on the pull out couch had no pillows. The sheets were dirty on the beds. Breakfast was decent.

Room key did not work on two occasions. One being on arrival to room. Multiple guests had the same complaint as well. The water was lukewarm/cold the entire stay (3 days and 2 nights). When reported to management I was told to wait a few minutes because everyone was taking showers. I guess everyone in the hotel was taking showers all day and night because the water never got hot! I will not stay here again.

I was comfortable, and the facilities were clean and spacious. I was not pleased with the water temperature of the shower and sink. I was on the 4th floor and water was only lukewarm.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and had NO HOT WATER!!!!! I spoke with the front desk multiple times and nothing was done besides saying “I’m going to report it to the manager” I usually like this hotel, but not having HOT WATER for 3 days was terrible! And no one tried to accommodate or help make me or my wife comfortable during our stay with this issue

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful; and facility was clean and comfortable. A small plumbing issue with the toilet was addressed immediately by the staff. Unfortunately, our 3rd floor room did not have hot water in the morning as we - something that should not happen. Otherwise. everything worked out well.
