A bit shabby & hasn't aware we had to go to the services for breakfast with vouchers. When we got there the staff were VERY rude. We moved yhe single bed so we could access a charging point & the carpet underneath was filthy.Had we known we would have chosen somewhere with breakfast on site. Convenient for the motorway but that was it.

Vans in disabled bays with no blue badges

Lovely and clean, reception very helpful. Only issue was vans parked in the disabled bays. Both myself and my Husband have blue badges but each time we stay here there are vans in the disabled bays with no blue badges.

Has a one night stay. Breakfast comprised a voucher for the restaurant in the motorway service area. Good breakfast. The service area open for eveningrals etc. The hotel is OK as a stop-off and no real problems, although I was surprised to have to pay to park my car

Inconsiderate parking

Very convenient for travel from England to Scotland. One issue. We are both disabled and of the 4 disabled bays one blue badge was displayed. The other bays were taken up by work vans.......unacceptable!!!!

Okay for one night

Hotel was good for a quick rest as was travelling down to England but the corridors need there carpets updating the had the smell of strong urine which had tried to be disguised with lynx Africa deodorant which was difficult to breathe until you go in your room
