The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared, although the sausages were not to my liking, as I suspect they were turkey not pork. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I will be inclined to visit Quality Inn on future travels.

Rooms smelled stale. We found a few roaches crawling around near the sink. A couple of the towels had stains, while a wash cloth had holes in it (glad I brought extras). The pillows and bed were comfy tough.

Mildew on wall over bathtub. Mildew on bed skirt around bed. Blood stain on bed sheet. Not good at all. The o e saving grace was the night shift employee. He came to the room and immediately changed our room. That room was much better. The only problem was that the first room should have not been rented in the first place. Poor🙁

I had a king bed suite. Positive- comfortable bed with good linens and the room was plenty big. Shower with shower curtain was clean but roughly remodeled Good size tv with a decent amount of channels Negative- room smelled unpleasant, insufficient lighting, rack to hang clothes was rusty, laminated floors needed to be cleaned better Cost was about 90 per night all in I picked this hotel because it was close to a relative. I personally wouldn’t go back unless I had to. The negative stuff was livable but I can afford better and would go a different route. I would have stayed in Greenville had I know what an awesome little city it was
