We could not stay at this property. The room was dirty and the smell was terrible. One of the members of my party has allergies and her eyes were red for hours after only being in the room 5 minutes. We should receive a refund as we could not use this room. I believe the room number was 325.

Front desk was top notch

Front desk was top notch. They were very helpful and accommodating. We've been here a few times and its always a pleasant experience. Our only misfortune was that our bed was not the most comfortable but the other bed seemed fine. We had a suite (family of 5)

You have to pay a $150 deposit which must be in the tiniest print ever but it was a good place to stay.

The hotel smells really bad, it smells like cigarettes even though the room says it is smoke-free. The breakfast is also very limited and bad. They need to do something about the cockroaches. They never cleaned the room. The girl who helped us at the reception is very friendly. The hotel looks really nice from the outside, but the rooms are dirty and have cockroaches.

Downhill since last stay

We stayed here before, and everything was perfect, and the front desk was very accommodating. This time, not so much. We had a room with a bed and sofa bed, and there were no linens provided for the sofa bed. We went to ask the desk if they could deliver some, and they said, no, we'll get some for you, but you'll have to come back by the desk and take them up yourself. The AC/furnace sounded like a lawnmower every time it came on too. Breakfast was great. Place was clean, but there were burn marks and tear marks on the furniture and bed. When opened, the sofa bed barely left any room on either side to walk and barely cleared the TV stand/dresser. The bathroom sliding door was also very loud/sticky, and we could hear our neighbor's bathroom door sliding every time as well. All that to say, not sure what happened in the last year and half since we stayed there. Feel like customer service has gone down and maintenance has not been kept up with. Sad, because otherwise nice place to stay.

The room was gross. Sink stopped up, room smelled like smoke (now all of our clothes smelled like a smoke bomb), windows filthy, and when we lifted the mattress to check for bedbugs (as we always do anywhere we stay), someone’s flannel robe was under the mattress. Do not recommend and will not stay at an extended stay location in the future, will pay more to feel like I can REST comfortably and not feel just dirty and icky in a cheap hotel.
