Bruh…. I entered 3 rooms and all of the 3 smelt like ass. The carpet smell like straight funky dunk. There was a cover on the chair in my room, not sure if it was clean or not. Wouldn’t come back to this smelly palce. There was also a stain of the edge of bed honestly it looked like somebody spunk.DO BETTER!

Morning breakfast was terrible out of water, out of milk, no juice, staff was lazy and wouldn’t replace things just sat around. Trash around the property all containers full to the brim. Room had a broken smoke alarm, tv remote was super glued shut and didn’t work with TV probably bc some really smart person super glued it and hasn’t replaced batteries. Never staying here again.

The room smelled, we were awakened three times by dogs barking in the adjoining room; breakfast selections were very limited and what was provided did not taste good.

I normally stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt, which are very close to this property, but they were all sold out. This hotel was the only place in Greenville that had any rooms. The hotel clerk that checked us in was a nice young lady, but after that everything went downhill. The property is worn and not very well kept up. The fitness equipment was broken and the TV was missing. We went to Waffle House for breakfast because we wouldn't eat the disgusting breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room and bathroom were clean. Housekeeping did a very good job. The front desk staff were always present and the breakfast staff did a wonderful job with breakfast. This hotel checked two of my three boxes: a clean room and a little breakfast to start the day. Unfortunately, the fitness center was closed indefinitely. It was a majors inconvenience for us, because we had to leave the hotel for the four days we were there, drive to a gym and pay to use the gym. If we had known it was closed, we would not have book this hotel.

No TV in the room. We mentioned something to the girl at the counter and we were switched to a room right by the elevator. The elevator noise was very loud, room was in ok condition. The card reader didn’t work several resulting in us asking the front desk for a new key. However, sometimes the card wouldn’t work then o would be back asking again. It was an ok stay. Loved the location.

I booked the La Quinta Inn due to it's location in relation to it's location to an even that I had to attend. This is by far the worst La Quinta Inn I've ever stayed in and the worst hotel stay I've ever had in life. When I arrived, I had to drive all the way around back due to the elevator not working. As I was parking, there was a woman sitting in the parking lot with her windows down cursing someone extremely loud in the parking lot. So, I continued on to check in my room. I walked in the room and the hotel was very outdated and dirty. The room was not as advertised. The advertisement displayed the hotel rooms as renovated rooms and they weren't . The couch was dirty in the room, the table was dirty, and the headboard was dirty. I had to wipe everything in the room down with wipes. Fast forward to me returning from my event. I park and there are people every where outside and in the hallways. I'm awaken half way through the night with people talking outside of my door, walking up and down the halls, noise coming from the parking lot, and the smell of marijuana. This went on for close to an hour. So, finally I get up, pack my things, loaded my car, and proceeded to the front desk to check out. I explained to the front desk my frustration, she told me I needed to calm down. I explained to her that I was extremely frustrated that I paid to have a peaceful night's rest, but I received everything but. She went upstairs to the 6th floor where I was staying, came back and said,

To pay 200 dollars to stay in a room that smelled like dog piss and had no USB ports and limited channels was stupid. Coffee in lobby was water. Staff was nice and it was an easy check in but I have stayed in much better places for under $100

No frig in room
Frustrated that once I had gotten comfortable and changed for bed, I realized I hadn’t unloaded my travel cooler only to find out the refrigerator was missing from my room. I called the front desk and she mentioned knowing of a problem with it, and offered to change me room. I was already undressed, and didn’t want to pack up and move that late in the evening. If they knew of the problem, why did they book that room? I feel they owe me a partial refund.
