So so ..

The room is clean and will set up an organized. Other than there was no coffee. As well as the coffee maker did not have all the parts to function. And when I went to the front desk as for the front desk office everything is locked up and I can't give you anything to make coffee in your room. And then there was no coffee available nor condiments to make coffee at 7:00 or 8:00 at night.. Elevator was broke so had to walk up and down a flight of stairs multiple times to the six story.. Last toilet in room barely flushed. Had to flush it twice every single time not sure what issue was. Anyways overall state was okay was it great but was not horrible.

The hotel is located in a great area, next to the convention center and downtown but the hotel itself is not great. The room did not have an additional lock on the door, no trashcan (had to ask), and the walls were extremely thin. I could hear the neighbors whenever they flushed, showered, and talked. Additionally, it smelled like cigarettes.

Breakfast food has limited quantities of food. The hot water for tea was lukewarm. They ran out of juice in the dispenser and asked if they had any more they stated they did not and had to help them return the juice machine to operation. The room had no hangers in the closet. No wash clothes were available. When the room was serviced, it removed the old soap but did not replace it with new soap. No tissues were available even though they had an empty box in the dispenser. I requested the front desk for tissues, they stated they do not have any.

All of the great reviews for this property have to be fake. Run away from staying here. Dirty. Elevator out of order. Broken workout equipment. Random people hanging out. Sitting in stairwell. Felt very sketchy. Will never stay again. Huge disservice to the La Quinta brand.

This has to be the best kept secret hotel in Greenville! The views at nighttime over the city are spectacular....the rooms give you that South Carolina meets Southern vibe! A must!

Absolutely awful! I stayed here a few years ago and it was very nice and well managed with a friendly staff. But, now! My room was in disrepair. Lights not working. Coffee maker not functioning or stocked. Couch too dirty to sit on. There were piles of cigarette butts in the parking lot. The back door wouldn’t easily open with a key. And don’t plan on having breakfast! Served from 6-9, it was completely picked over and unattended by 7:00. There was never any yogurt, fresh fruit, creamer or many of the usual things you expect. I went to get coffee at 7 and all three thermoses were empty. When I told the front desk attendant, she said (without looking up) she’s working on it. When the breakfast attendant came out (first time I’d seen her in 3days) I told her the coffee was out and she began to work on it then. Never again.

I ended up staying 2 nights w/ extended check out time which was extra $25.00. Coffee supplies were scant. Only 2 washcloths- had to request more as well as extra trashbags, wash cloths, toilet paper. I checked w/ front desk the night before checkout about paying for extended check out time. I asked if he wanted me to pay those fees then? “NO” he replied- you can do tomorrow. THAT was a problem. Housekeeping came by next am, didn’t know I had extended check out time. Went to desk, there was no recording of me requesting later check out time. I probably will NOT stay there for future visits.
