Amazing Customer Service

I have stayed at many hotels and resorts...stateside and overseas. The staff here is hands down some of the most polite people I've ever met. I was in town for a funeral. They accommodated an early check in gradwrully. They called us by name each time we entered and exited the hotel!

Staff great ~ Quiet ~ Clean

We stay at HIE each time we come to Simpsonville to visit family. Used to stay with them, but hated to add the burden. Everyone here is SO friendly and we have come to make friends with some now. Always clean and lovely to revisit. Won't stay at any other hotel in town.

From the time I entered I was greeted with a smile and welcomed. My room was in perfect condition and very comfortable. The breakfast choices were great and the hostess for that area was friendly and smiling. Also she checked with each table if there was any they needed. I certainly enjoyed my stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was incredibly kind. Was there 3 nights with my Mom for a family event. Room was up to date, clean, and surprisingly spacious. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other local businesses. Got my nails done across the street. Breakfast was always fresh and a decent spread. We would definitely stay again for a possible future visit. But you will need a car, area isn’t too walkable. We tried and there weren’t enough crosswalks or pedestrian sidewalks.
