Bathroom was great, love the anti fog back lit mirror. bedding & pillows just ok. ( fitted sheet, didnt fit well, pillows too soft). No onsite parking. We paid for valet service. Otherwise, you pay at city owned lots.

Excellent location on the river, close to the waterfall. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We would stay here again!

This is our favorite hotel in the area. It is beside the beautiful Fall Park, and there are great dining options nearby. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and very large. Beds are comfortable. The free breakfast buffet has quite a variety of foods and is always fresh.

Great weekend, with a couple of issues

Great location and a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. We had two issues during our stay. First, the room phone would randomly ring for absolutely no reason. Easy fix, we unplugged it. The second issue involved some type of construction on the floor above us. Luckily, the loud noises stopped by 10 pm, but they started back by 8 am, making it hard to sleep in and enjoy our vacation.

Hotel is in a great location with access to a walking path that leads to anywhere you'd like to go in the city. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in the immediate area, The room is nicely sized and bed was comfortable. Overall a great stay for my wife and I. The only small problem we had was that services skipped cleaning our room one of the days. Honest mistake and not a big deal as we received clean towels only moments after contacting housekeeping.
