Over-charged the hold fee for our one night stay... Tied up funds for several days. Facility is very dated and a bit unclean, there were hairs in our bathroom and french fries on the hallway floor that never got cleaned up Tiles on the floor are peeling and the ceiling is peeling in places as well. Room floor is not carpeted, so is should be kept a bit cleaner/mopped better. Children running up and down the halls most of the night. Overall, not worth the money Wish I could get a refund!

Good room and hotel

My first room has some minor issues but the rep changed me to another room. The next room had minor issue but i was not moving again and dealt with it. The rep opened maintenance tickets for both rooms to get checked out. This is the 1st time at a hotel where the rep called to check to see if the room was ok within 30 mins or so. I thought that was a good gesture. Breakfast was awesome. The bed was nice and comfortable. Im definitely returning. Hotel is also near shopping and eatery. Everything and everywhere was clean.
