It was very pleasant! We got in real late, thankfully the person who was at the desk at that time was nice. Room was clean and comfortable, the only negative thing was that the shower couldn’t be closed, so water ended up in the bathroom!

This has NEVER happened to me in all of the years of travel. And I travel a lot. I had a biz call that ran over and needed an extra half hour to check out. The attendant at the front desk charged me $10 dollars per $10 minutes for this. In addition, I called the desk three times to ask and she answered just to tell me to hold - didn't ask if I could hold - and put me on an endless hold. I was checking out and she did this to someone else who was calling in. I checked out on Sunday at 11:34 am. The night before, I was ordering dinner at the bar to take to my room and there were several people at the bar who are in the military (there for a conference I think) using profoundly bad language and the bartender didn't intervene to ask that they watch their language. There were two tween-age children in the dining room who could hear everything. I saw my receipt today for the extra 30-minute charge. So very petty. This hotel was not busy. I did not know of this brand - Cambria. Not a good experience.

Stayed here this past week for my boyfriend’s birthday. We came from Orlando. Enjoyed the stay in Greenville. Only thing about the hotel room that we didn’t like was that the ac didn’t go lower than a certain point and the bathroom shower reached past the glass area so the floors were always wet.

Finally a hotel that figured it out. I'm a picky traveler and this is my first stay with a Cambria hotel. I wasn't expecting much for the price but went for it because of the wood floors (laminate). I have bad allergies and carpets are the worst. The room was great to where I don't have a single complaint. Even the bathroom had the proper lighting which most hotels fail at. The barn door for the bathroom actually worked and the towels and water pressure great. Air quality great. I never leave reviews and not getting any kickbacks of any kind. I seriously will be looking for this hotel going forward. Highly recommend.

Very clean and nice decor. Comfortable bedding. Enough towels. Love the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The sink, however, should have tile underneath and not carpet.

I’ve stayed here many times and what brings me back is the service all around. Front desk is fantastic as well as anyone I’ve encountered working at this property. Located near woodruff road, shopping, dining and Whole Foods. They also offer complimentary bikes for an hour with your stay so you can explore the vicinity.
