Would come back again. We’ve stayed at many best western plus and premiers, though this is a plus, this was much nicer then the other BW Plus we’ve stayed at, I’d rank it closer to a BW Premier. The room was clean and well decorated the shower was very modern, loved it. The bed was okay the pillows were good not flat. It was 5 min from the mall and about 10 from downtown. Though it’s not on the water this hotel gives you luxury feeing for a very reasonable price. The coffee machine in the lobby was amazing and the hot/cold breakfast was good. If I was going to be critical, the elevator was loud and the lobby was small for the amount of people. But truly there is not much more to criticize. We will be gladly coming back. We had the suite with one bedroom and it was such a great price for everything we got.

Breakfast was very nice! Unique to have so many choices. The light from the smoke alarm strobed intermittently all night which was distracting. Room could have had a better light blackout curtains @ the window. We did not rest well between those 2 things.

Room was spacious but smelled like stale urine, human urine. It was contained to one cor we of the room so i avoid it but it was disgusting

This hotel was immediately off of a major freeway making it very convenient to other places around the city and airport. There was adequate parking close to the entrance. The lobby was attractive with a receptionist offering a friendly greeting. The check in was quick but thorough. I was directed to the elevator after I received information about the breakfast and “snack shop”. I was impressed with the room. It was attractive, exceptionally clean, and included a fridge and microwave. The temperature was easily controlled by the thermostat making it a restful atmosphere.

Awesome stay!
Great hotel and service was excellent. Never stayed at Best Western Plus, but would definitely stay here again! Every thing was clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and always available.
