Great area, great staff, clean hotel

Everything’s was great overall, especially the staff. The hotel was overall clean. They are working on getting more updated. We liked the espresso machine in the lobby. There was some need for extra cleaning in crevices on the floor in places, and the bed was a little firm for me, but other than that everything was good.

It was okay.

Front desk associates at check in and check out were not very friendly; just seemed unengaged. The room didn't have a hair dryer which is disappointing because I just stayed in a BW plus in MS two weeks ago and they had one. The room smelled a little musty. Overall cost for the stay was good and the breakfast was nice.

This hotel met my needs but I'm not sure I'll come back. I was looking for something close to the Convention Center and this checked that box. It was a quick easy drive with several shopping and dining options between here and there to grab a meal at the end of the day. So the location was great. However the staff was lukewarm, the complimentary breakfast was not tasty, and the room wasn't as clean as I would like. It wasn't dirty, per se but I saw multiple cockroaches and stink bugs in the room and the shower sprayer only released a trickle of water. These weren't deal breakers for me since I spent most my time at a conference and minimal time in the room, but I will still consider booking elsewhere next year.

The room was very spacious, very clean. Breakfast bar had a lot of choices and was very good. My only complaint is that I wasn't staying longer. Lol Will definitely be staying again next time I am in the area for an overnight stay.
