The staff are very nice and helpful. This property is very well kept and aesthetically pleasing! This location is not too far from entertainment, restaurants, and points of interest. The fitness center as well as other amenities more than adequate! A wonderful place to lay your head while visiting Greenville, South Carolina!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this property. The front desk clerk was very polite and professional when we checked in. The room was great!!! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was excellent and so was the coffee. Our only concern is that we came accross people smoking in areas designated non-smoking outside the building. We would stay here again if we come back to this area.

The check-in was horrible. I arrived about 2 hours before the check-in time on Saturday, but the front desk clerk had all the warmth of an iceberg and wanted to charge me $21 for the early arrival. I declined and had to come back at 3 pm to check-in. I have travelled throughout the world and have NEVER been asked to pay extra. Even in Eutope, where flights from the US arrive mid-morning, the front desk will check to see if any room is ready and give it to you. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again!!!!

Friendly reception when we arrived. They have a 24 hour coffee machine that makes anything you want, coffees, lattes, etc. This is important to me because I like decaf and I was able to get decaf cappuccino. Great way to arrive! In addition, the room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable with a blanket that was heavy enough for me to sleep comfortably. Shower was great. And a good breakfast that was open for three hours. Wonderful stay.

Stayed two nights while visiting family in the area for a wedding. Hotel was clean and affordable and centrally located for all our planned activities around Greenville, SC. Front desk ladies were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would stay again anytime!

We had a very good stay, the only thing I wish Was that the breakfast was better. They did not offer bacon, if I cant Have bacon with breakfast that’s a deal breaker! Also, the French toast strips they offered were hard as a rock. I waited for them to bring out more only for those to be hard too. The next morning we went out to breakfast instead of eating there. Otherwise our stay was great!
