Bed bugs!

The day after my stay, in 2024 I found bedbug bites all over my body. I was offered nothing in compensation, and they said they wouldn’t do anything about it. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to talk with management.

It was new construction but a pretty basically appointed 3 star hotel with a gym room and seasonal outdoor pool. Free breakfast was clean and attended but basic. Good value for the money. Safe area. Interstate traffic did not bother, building must be soundproofed.

The common areas were fine but the room smelled awful and the bathroom door would not remain shut. Could deal with it for a place to stay after a game but would not stay there for any longer. Needed some TLC

The staff did not greet us , we did feel welcomed at all . Went upstairs to check our room we opened the door the room has not been cleaned at all .. so we had to wait to get another room which is ridiculous… never coming back to stay here & the room wasn’t that clean.
