Everything was perfect except the pillows and breakfast. If you like flat feather pillows, then you'd like theirs. The bed is comfortable otherwise. The breakfast was horrible and included cold quiches. No plain eggs. The bacon was greasy. The fruit was good. The location and facilities are otherwise perfect. We had a splendid time! Don't miss the rooftop restaurant or the speak easy featuring a Harry Potter theme.

They put us on the seventh floor, which is right below the rooftop bar and restaurant and they were dragging tables and chairs around for hours while we were trying to sleep at night and then again in the morning. when checking out, the staff told us they knew it was a problem and an issue and didn’t know why they booked people on the seventh floor. They only took our parking Charge off the bill. I came there to relax and it was a miserable night sleep.
