Disappointed with My Stay at Microtel Inn & Suites

To whom it may concern, I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, and I want to share that I was quite disappointed with my experience. The room had no refrigerator, which was unexpected and inconvenient. There was rust on the towel hanger, and the bathroom faucet kept dripping. The tub knob was loose, making it difficult to use. Breakfast was not what I expected — very limited options. Most concerning, the room was not cleaned daily, which surprised me, as I assumed housekeeping would be provided each day. Overall, this stay fell short of my expectations, and I will not be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for your attention to this feedback.

Very unhappy with the service. The towels or the sheets were not changed only by request. So in other words I’m to use dirty towels and sheets every day. The breakfast bar was very minimal..Overall very disappointed with the hotel.

First room did not adequate AC, second room the front of the AC unit fell off on floor,the lock mechanism did not shut the door and would not shut locking, third room someone left the window open and A/c would work and the fourth room the electricity only worked in half of the room. Finally was offered a room that was partially furnished but enough to sleep in and was okay. The breakfast juice machine did not work, processed food and old…..tried to reserve another night, but did not accept points nor was anyone able to assist with a reservation, because it was not their job or they were instructed to not offer. Room keys failed consistently and no resolution to any maintenance issues. Would not recommend due to shabby maintenance, lack of any assistance for another stay…..just tiring

The single noisiest hotel stay of my life. The room was nasty, the staff was inattentive, rude, and contributing to the noise. No "do not disturb" signs so maids just walk in on you. I will never stay at a Microtell again as long as I live.

Pleasant surprise. I typically do not stay at properties such as this Microtel hotel due to past experiences but I will say it was a pleasant surprise. The property as well as the room featured up to date furniturings and amenities. I will definitely be staying again and not for nothing It did help that the area was will in a well-traveled area and there was restaurants close. Up0

Nice staff but wont be back!

For the price i guess it was fine. My room was clean, the exterior of the hotel was clean and seemed safe enough. But the inside of the hotel, especially the 3rd floor hallway was disgusting. It looks like soda was sloshed on the walls and the carpets are so filthy i would never consider walking on them wo shoes. The room itself was pretty clean but literally not even a bar of hand soap was provided. The water that came out of the sink and tub taps was yellow brown initially and the water pressure in the shower was poor. The satff were very friendly and accommodating. I mean for 88 bucks i guess it was ok. You def get what you pay for. I didnt eat breakfast there so i have no idea what it was like.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We would have left except we'd just left the hospital at 11:30pm. We did not think we could find another that late. The soap smelled like lye, there was no trash can in the bathroom, the tub dripped constantly, there were holes in the bathroom door, the smell of cigarettes and chemicals were less in a room on the second floor, which the front desk person was kind enough to offer, but the conditions were over all were deplorable.
